On May 1, May Day - the international workers' day, banners reading “#WomenDemand Guaranteed Livable Income” were dropped by women in different locations across British Columbia including Vancouver, Kelowna, Victoria, Prince George, and Nelson.
The action was coordinated by the BC Women’s Alliance, organising groups and individuals across BC who are committed to economic justice.
